Editor’s Note: Our friend, mentor, and father-in-the-faith, Bob Stricker, passed away Oct. 29 in Tillamook, Oregon, at the age of 82. Richard Myhre, who served as an editor for Cityhill Publishing in Columbia, Missouri, now lives in the Northwest and attended Bob’s memorial service. He shared these thoughts afterwards:

Recently Tom Bedford, Buck Hudson, and I traveled to England. We joined Dave Richards, Steve Thomas, and several international leaders from the world wide Salt and Light family for an International Apostolic and Prophetic Forum. The meeting was held in conjunction with the passing of leadership for the International Team of Salt and Light from Barney Coombs to Steve Thomas. There were approximately 70 leaders from across the globe participating in the Forum.

It’s exciting to be a part of something where we have enough strength of relationship, by the grace of God, to support one another as each church goes on to fulfill their unique calling from God. We’re cut from the same cloth, but not made with a mold. God’s giving us the power of true family, real strength in diversity, the ability to help each other paint the full picture.
